Alison Claire Hale, beloved partner, friend, mentor, and dedicated real estate professional, passed away after a life filled with kindness, adventure, and service to others. Born on December 16, 1961, in Dallas, Texas, Alison was the daughter of Alfred and Claire Hale. She was raised in Temple and Houston, where she graduated from Northbrook Senior High School before continuing her education at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Alison began her professional career in commercial banking with Texas Commerce Bank which became Chase, JP Morgan. She built a strong foundation in business and finance, Real Estate appraisal, commercial loans, check item processing, and the private bank department. In 2004,she obtained her real estate license and joined the Keller Williams family, beginning a successful career that would span more than two decades.

Throughout her 22 years in real estate, Alison helped countless families achieve their dreams of homeownership and navigate important life transitions with confidence and care. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Alison was deeply committed to supporting others. She was passionate about training and mentoring fellow agents, always willing to share her knowledge, offer guidance, and lend a helping hand.

Her generosity, intelligence, and unwavering kindness earned her the admiration and respect of colleagues and clients alike. Alison shared 35 wonderful years with her partner, Jeff Wright. Together, they embraced a life of adventure, exploring the United States by motorcycle and sailboat, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Alison was a lifelong animal lover who found great joy in rescuing animals in need.

She opened her home and heart to many, giving them the love, care, and second chances they deserved. Those who knew Alison will remember her warm smile, gentle spirit, and genuine compassion. She touched the lives of many through her friendship, mentorship, and dedication to helping others. Her legacy lives on in the countless people she inspired and supported throughout her life. Alison will be deeply missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
