The grand opening took place at 8 am on Saturday, June 17. The family-owned restaurant, owned and managed by Sandra Mendoza, is open from Sunday to Wednesday, 6 am - 9 pm, and Thursday to Saturday, 6 am to midnight.

The Mendoza family is taking the savory experience up a notch with their homemade tortillas, handcrafted by Sandra's mom herself. Patrons can taste these tortillas in various dishes on their diverse menu, which is a blend of classic and contemporary Mexican fare.

Menu highlights include the Quesabirria Plate, with corn tortillas filled with Beef Birria and Mozzarella Cheese, served with consomé, lime, onion, and cilantro on the side for $12.50. Also noteworthy is the Birria Tacos Plate with similar fillings topped with onions, cilantro, and lime, served with a side of rice and beans for $11.50. For lighter fare, the breakfast menu offers a variety of egg combinations, such as Bacon & Egg and Potato & Egg, priced between $1.99 and $2.25.
