Uberrito in Huntsville, Texas, has rebranded and is set to reopen as DCG District Chicken & Gyro. A gyro, the centerpiece of the new establishment's name, is a popular Greek dish featuring meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, traditionally pork, chicken, beef, or lamb. It's commonly served wrapped or stuffed in a flatbread such as pita, with accompaniments like tomato, onion, and a variety of sauces, often tzatziki.
