Parade Overview
The annual Huntsville Christmas Parade returns with this year’s theme, Diamond Jubilee Christmas. Families, residents and visitors are invited to enjoy an evening of holiday lights, community spirit and festive displays throughout the downtown area.
Parade Route
The parade begins at Sam Houston Avenue and 19th Street, travels north along Sam Houston Avenue to 11th Street, then turns west onto 11th Street before concluding on Ray Black Drive.
Community Tradition
This long-standing Huntsville holiday tradition is hosted by the Huntsville TX Lions Club and features organizations, groups and participants from across the community. The Lions Club will present the parade’s official Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus, the only Santa appearance in the event.
