A new drive-thru coffee concept is coming to Huntsville.
According to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a 7 Brew Coffee Shop – Huntsville project has been officially registered and is moving forward at 1718A 11th Street.
The project, listed as new construction, calls for a ground-up, 500-square-foot drive-thru coffee shop with an estimated construction cost of $1 million. Construction is scheduled to begin April 1, 2026, with a projected completion date of August 1, 2026, according to the state registration.
The project is privately funded and will be built on private land for private use. The owner is listed as Slox Fund I, based in Houston. The registered accessibility specialist for the project is Clint Ryan, with architectural design services provided by Arkifex Studios of Springfield, Missouri.

The filing confirms the project’s current status as “Project Registered.” Under Texas Administrative Code, the owner will be required to obtain an accessibility inspection from a registered accessibility specialist within one year of construction completion.

The development was first reported by Coming Soon Texas on Facebook and has been confirmed through the official TDLR Architectural Barriers Project database.
